Crown Court reduces Jim Davidson’s driving disqualification by half

Jim Davidson appeared at Southampton Crown Court today as he attempted to reverse the decision of a 12-month driving ban for speeding.

He appealed the ban, which was given at Aldershot Magistrates Court in February, with an exceptional hardship plea.
