Happy 70th Birthday, Jim!

The spotlight came calling back in 1976 when a fresh-faced Jim Davidson entered TV talent contest New Faces – and he’s been making people laugh (and offending people in equal measure!) ever since.

In his almost 50 years in the spotlight, he’s established himself as one of Britain’s top stand-up comedians; been the face of primetime Saturday night TV as host of Generation Game and Big Break; appeared in the West End, TV sitcoms and films; travelled to war zones to entertain our troops; sold best-selling books; received an OBE for his charity work; set up the Ustreme streaming channel…and got married lots of times!

And today he’s celebrating his 70th birthday!

He said: “How did I get this bloody old?!”
